Ice Without the Price

Norei started with three friends. One of us has always been a jeweler, the one who actually builds every piece. Another is a barber whose chair has cut for NBA players and their circle for years, and kept noticing the same thing come up again and again: chains, bracelets, and diamonds were part of the look no matter the occasion, whether it was game day or just a regular Tuesday. The third of us spent years in corporate finance, running numbers for a living.

It was the barber who first brought the idea to the other two. He'd seen enough of it firsthand to know there was something real there. The jeweler was in immediately and wanted to go straight to diamonds. But when the finance guy ran the numbers, he came back with the obvious problem: real diamonds at that scale would price out almost everyone we actually wanted to make this for.

So we asked a different question instead. How do we get that same fire and presence without the markup that comes with the word "diamond"? The answer turned out to be silver and moissanite, premium materials that catch light the same way and hold up the same way, at a price that actually makes sense. Nothing too flashy, nothing you'd be afraid to wear. Just pieces special enough for a night out and easy enough for every day.
