We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then handed to a trusted courier with tracking included on every order.
Free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD.
Standard shipping for orders under $100 CAD is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.
International delivery typically takes 10-20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your jewelry must be:
Unworn and in its original condition.
Accompanied by all original packaging (pouch, box, and care cards).
Free of any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earrings are final sale.
Custom/Engraved Pieces: Any item personalized specifically for you.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.
For standard returns & exchanges the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Norei is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Every Norei piece undergoes a strict quality check. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you at no additional cost.
