Refund & Return Policy

At Norei, we want you to love your new pieces as much as we loved creating them. If your selection isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect match.

1. Our Return Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your jewelry must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging (pouch, box, and care cards).

  • Free of any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earrings are final sale.

  • Custom/Engraved Pieces: Any item personalized specifically for you.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.

3. Returns & Exchanges

For standard returns & exchanges The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Norei is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please email us at Contactnoreijewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Every Norei piece undergoes a strict quality check. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you at no additional cost.
